Returns & Exchanges

At Awesome Maps, we want your walls to inspire adventure, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your map within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Map

  Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective tube to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the tube and drop it off at your nearest postal service or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned map, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
